Jakub is a Bachelor of Business, UPEI Graduate and holds the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation. With the CFP he has obtained knowledge in the areas of financial planning, taxes, insurance, estate planning, and retirement planning.
Prior to enrolling at UPEI, Jakub was pursuing his hockey career. He was recruited and drafted at age 17 from Europe and spent 3 years playing hockey in the QMJHL. Jakub and his wife Meghan have busy lives outside of their work. Meghan is an orthopedic surgeon, who is specializing in complex joint reconstruction. They like to travel and spend time with their dog. Jakub also enjoys golfing and playing hockey.
